PME Professional Diploma Courses

Wie viele von Euch schon wissen, Franci´s Cupcakes ist ein PME Kurs Zentrum.

Ab sofort biete ich Kurse nach dem PME Method an.

Der PME Diploma Kurs ist ein Intensivkurs der englischen Firma PME Knightbridge, der aus 3 Modulen besteht:

-Zuckerblumen
-Fondant
-Royal Icing

Nach jedem Modul bekommt ihr einen Diplom von PME. Wenn man die drei Module erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat, wird mit der "PME Master Certificate" belohnt.

Der Kurs richtet sich an Anfänger, Hobbybäcker, Konditoren, Lehrlinge und an ALLE die einfach Spaß an etwas Kreatives haben und ihre Kenntnisse erweitern bzw. vertiefen möchten.

English Informations:

Franci´s Cupcakes is an official PME  accredited teaching centre in Lindau at Lake Constance. 

The PME courses are divided into Three Modules:
-Sugarpaste
-Flowers
-Royal Icing

The courses are designed for anyone who selling cakes or just making cakes to family and friends or as a commercial business.

The course is suitable for beginners as well.

All students will receive a course book and a starter kit to accompany their chosen module. 

Each module is a min. of 25 hours duration.

Diplomas will be awarded on successfull completion of each module.

I speak english, german, spanish and hungarian. In the course i can help you on any of this languages.
